REGISTRATION FOR THE 4TH ANNUAL OCB NATURAL NEW ENGLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS – MASTERS & OPEN-PRO QUALIFIER IS OPEN & WILL CLOSE ON MAY 16, 2018!!! THIS COMPETITION IS OPEN TO ALL NATURAL COMPETITORS; HOWEVER, YOU MUST BE Age 18 or over for Bikini and iJourney, Age 16 or older for Figure and 13 or over for Bodybuilding and Physique.
All competitors must OBTAIN AN OCB MEMBERSHIP ONLINE AND SUBMIT TO A POLYGRAPH TEST (see polygraph testing info below).

Show Times: Prejudging begins @ 10AM (event will run straight through with a brief intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards). VENUE OPENS FOR COMPETITORS AND VENDOR SET-UP @ 9AM. Competitor Meeting @ 9:15am Sharp.
Door Ticket Sales Begin @ 9:30AM. CASH ONLY. Doors open for Spectators, Family and Friends @ 9:30AM.
Awards: Per Class, 1st thru 3rd awarded Custom Gold, Silver, Bronze Medals…Medals also for 4th and 5th placing. Class Overall Winners awarded Custom Framed Picture Awards. Best Presentation Awards for each Division. All Competitors will receive Stacked Supplement Bags, courtesy of Max Muscle Sports Nutrition, West Hartford and a variety of other supplement contributors.
Division Offerings: (only ONE division may be selected, however, MULTIPLE crossovers/classes may be selected within selected division). YOUR ENTRY AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDES YOU IN THE “Open” Class. Therefore, should you want to add Novice, Masters 40+ and/or Fit Mom, you must Select Entry (plus one, two or three crossovers).

iJourney: **OPEN TO ALL DIVISIONS** iJourney: A NNE-Sponsored Division (TELL US YOUR STORY)!
**Promoter reserves the right to add or drop divisions/classes based on number of entries.
Cross Over Details: (please ensure that you are ELIGIBLE to compete in a selected crossover BEFORE applying payment (as there are NO REFUNDS and/or TRANFERABILITY of payment once processed).
- Open – OCB Pro Qualifier: Open to ALL competitors that meet the age and eligibility requirements as outlined above. At This Event, your Entry Automatically includes you in the “Open”. All other selects are considered “crossovers”.
- Masters 40+ OCB Pro Qualifier: Age as of day of contest must fall within the stipulated age range (Ex: Age 40 & Over)
- Masters 50+: Age as of day of contest must fall within the stipulated age range (Ex: Age 50 & Over)
- Novice: Open only to first time competitors OR competitors who have not placed first in any class besides Teen, within any division, within any category, within any organization, with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class where the competitor was the only one in the class.
- Fit Mom: Open to all eligible female competitors that are legal mothers to a child/ren (age 16 or younger). Any eligible female division may crossover into this class. Competitors will wear their 2-piece bikini or posing suit worn in their selected division (changing bikini or posing suit is not necessary).
- iJourney: A NNE-Sponsored Division (TELL US YOUR STORY): **OPEN TO ALL DIVISIONS but must also submit separate entry form and payment** Registration for the iJourney division ends April 30, 2018 Firm.
Classes: When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. (Class breakdowns and the order of events will be supplied to competitors on or before the day of the event).
Crossovers: A “crossover” is entering more than one class. For example, someone may enter the Masters 40+ division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into Fit Mom (if eligible) and compete in it as well. Crossovers between Divisions, such as Figure, Bikini and Women Physique are NOT permitted.
Check-in: All Competitors Must Check-In Friday, May 25, 2018 between 11am-7pm @ the Host Hotel, COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT, 1 Day Hill Road Windsor CT 06095. Any competitor not reporting for check-in prior to 7pm will be scratched from the show (no refunds). NO WALK-INS. FIRM.
Drug Tested Event: This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB Drug Testing Guidelines in order to participate. Competitors should review these procedures and the list of banned substances prior to registering.
Drug Testing: All competitors are REQUIRED to be polygraph tested prior to competing. Polygraph testing will take place in conjunction with check-in and will also be conveniently available on Friday, May 25, 2018 between 11am-7pm at the Check-in Site, COURTYARD BY MARRIOT. It is the competitor’s responsibility to schedule an appointment via the Polygraph Examiner’s attached scheduler within 2 weeks of the show. However, polygraphs will be also given to registered competitors during check-in on a first come/first served basis (around any pre-standing appointments) Photo identification must be shown prior to polygraph tests. Any competitor not polygraph tested will be disqualified (no refunds). If you have taken a polygraph test in an OCB or any other “natural” organization within 6 weeks prior to this show, you are exempt only after show is verified and approved (it is the competitors responsibility to ensure that prior polygraph technician or promoter. The polygraph fee is $50 paid directly to the Polygraph Tech at the time of Registration. Cash only.
***Competitor meeting: There WILL BE a Competitor Meeting on Show Day @ 9:15AM SHARP in the Auditorium. Once your completed registration and payment is processed, please keep your paypal receipt for your record of confirmation. In addition, an email of any additional information and/or updates that need to be covered will be emailed approximately 1 week prior to Show Day. Please be sure to review everything carefully.
Fees: All entries automatically enters you into the OPEN Class (for a chance to Take Home the Custom Overall Champion Award in Your Selected Division and possible qualify to win your OCB PRO CARD). We encourage you to elect to also Crossover into All eligible classes within your selected division, ie. Novice, Master’s 40+ and/or Fit Mom. Entry/Open $60, Crossovers $30 per additional class (applies to all entries submitted online on or before 3/30/2018). TIER 2: Entries 3/31/18 thru 4/30/18: Entry/Novice: $75, Crossovers $40 per additional class (applies to all entries postmarked or submitted online on or before 4/30/18. Entries after 4/30/18 thru Entry Deadline 5/16/2018 are subjected to $30 late fee. Crossovers will increase to $50 per additional class. Entries will NOT be accepted after 5/16/2018 for administrative purposes.
OCB Membership: All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. OCB Membership forms and online registration options can be found on OCBonline.com. $72.50 for the annual membership and includes a one-year subscription to Fitness & Physique Magazine.
Door Ticket Purchase (Cash Only): Adult General Admission $40, Children 12 and under $10, Trainers Back Stage Ticket $50. Backstage policy: One assistant max (must be age 18 or older) per competitor allowed, assistant MUST buy a trainers ticket, which is good for General Admission and back stage access.
Prejudging: The Prejudging portion of the event will consist of: Men Bodybuilding, Men Classic Physique, Women Physique, Men Physique, Figure and Bikini group comparisons in Open, Novice, Master’s 50+, Masters 40+ and Fit Mom and iJourney.
Finals: The Finals portion of the event will consist of: Men Bodybuilding routines, Men Classic Physique routines, Women Physique routines, Men Physique stage walks, iJourney, Figure and Bikini stage t-walks, Fit Mom, awards presentations, and overall judging (for divisions with more than one class). All competitors will perform at finals.
ROUTINE/STAGE WALK MUSIC: Routine length 60 seconds for Men Bodybuilders, Men Classic Physique, Women Physique and iJourney Competitors. Only Men Bodybuilders, Men Classic Physique, Women Physique and iJourney competitors may use their own music (Family-Friendly, no violent, vulgar an/or profanity in music selection). ALL MUSIC MUST BE SENT AS A DIGITAL FILE (Ex. mp3, m4a, wav, etc.). Please email your routine/stage walk music file to newenglandocbct@gmail.com. For Men Bodybuilding, Men Classic Physique, Women Physique and iJourney please state whether you want your music to start before you go out or after you’re set on stage. Remember, music is not to contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitor by 5/16/18 (we need a music file rather than a CD), house music will be used for you the day of the event. If your song is on a retail CD search the Internet on how to “rip music from a cd” if you don’t know how to. ALL MUSIC MUST BE SENT AS A DIGITAL FILE (Ex. mp3, m4a, wav, etc.) NO LATER THAN May 16, 2018. Hassle-Free Props are permitted. Figure/Bikini/Men Physique stage t-walks will be to house music (provided) at finals.

Stage Photography: OCB Stage photo coverage will be available at the event via Professional Photographer, Patrick Lawrence of Arts2go. Competitors wishing to have photo coverage at this event should complete the order form in advance and turn in with payment upon check-in for the show. Forms will also be available at Competitor Check-in OR PAY ONLINE NOW (EARLY BIRD PRICING).
Spray Tanning Services: Elite Bronzing, www.elitebronzing.com (Tanning services, including touchups will be done conveniently onsite on Show day! So don’t delay scheduling your appointment with NNE’s Exclusive Tanner!
*Note: Please make every effort to not get tanning products on walls, floor, etc.

Pump-Up Area: Competitors are encouraged to bring their own bands, light equipment and mirrors for use in pumping up backstage before going on stage.
