Everyone is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

Personal Training
The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer. The word “Personal” should mean something! Highly Favored Fitness, LLC not only motivate its clients (JBJ Warriors), but educates them as well. The Client’s training is curtailed to their specific needs and a holistic approach to combating obesity is paramount. 75% of a client’s transformation is dependent on the client’s ability to eat healthy and balanced meals throughout the day.

In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant (ok..maybe that’s not true), but more important, I am a motivation coach who supports you in your holistic goals. I will be with you through every pound, inch, and sweat bead of the way. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do. Girl’s Fitness (Plus) Club
Highly Favored Fitness, LLC understands that children need direction and motivation when it comes to their overall health and fitness. Girl’s Fitness (Plus) Club is a Fitness program for girls ages 9-1/2 to 15. The Program currently runs Weds from 4:00pm-5:30pm (3pm school bus drop-off available) throughout the school year. The Club consist of 60 minutes of high intensity, age appropriate conditioning at the Highly Favored Fitness Training Studio and 30 minutes of healthy living peer group discussion. Your Princess can be dropped off at the Training Studio or conveniently take the After School Bus, in which I will ensure their arrival! Monthly enrollment options available. Small Group Conditioning and Circuit Training  Warriors Workout

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for. You are better motivated when you have a partner(s) along side you, whether it’s your mother, sister, best friend, or another JBJ Warrior fighting to take control over their health… No problem. Highly Favored Fitness, LLC still keeps it personal whether there is one client or four. I can train and motivate you together (usually up to 6 adults). My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible. Clients get a balanced hour of warm-up, stretching, core strengthening, overall conditioning and much, much more.
